Last night I dreamt that Gordon Brown came round and we ate marshmallows. I mention this just to reassure you that there is serious political content in my subconscious. It's not all fangirling you know.

I was all set to write about DW and then you distract me with gorgeous photos! Did we go for a walk 'down the back' (= the wildlife reserve) when you were visiting? *has a terrible memory* It'll look just the same now. ::makes note to drag children on a walk::

I loved that amidst the mounting tension they could play out a moment of tenderness, and play it long enough to pull back into it. I was so sure the scene was done that for an instant I didn't know whose hands they were, and they are not easy hands to disguise.
Oh this, so much. It was a beautiful, beautiful moment.

All that proximity, after living all that time on a memory and a promise. And I loved the way it was played. I'd never really thought before about how well braces lend themselves to such scenes.
LOL! Indeed. And I'm pleased that they dealt with the UST in such an upfront manner, rather than let it simmer along.

You should not be able to infuse petulance with quite so much danger. There are lots of things you should not be able to do, like look nine and be so convincingly nine hundred. He is always the oldest person in the room, wearing that scene with Rosanna and the throne with unyielding grace.
*nods muchly* I have no idea how he does it, I just know that I love it.

But I have to run - see you later! :)

Yes, we did indeed go out t'back, and it was very lovely even without bluebells (there were frogs). I can imagine it must be beautiful now though.

So beautiful, and made doubly precious in the midst of all that was going on around it.

(Although, clearly it hasn't made as much impression on me as I thought, as at first I thought your icon was Willow having a Magic-Crack moment! It's a lovely icon. I am stoopid.)

Hee, yes. And I loved his very pragmatic response - there was a good half-moment of kissing her back (/mouth) snuck in there, but without it being all tortured longing and "I want this but CANNOT as I am the Doctor".

Oh good, it wasn't just my imagination then! *g* And yes, it's lovely and green now - although I'm hoping for warmer weather...

LOL! Them redheads, eh?

Exactly. And then he set about fixing things, which I adore to distraction! :)
