Chili Con Carne

I've been meaning to blog this one for a while. Thanks to the lovely A.

Ingredients
400g mince
2 onions, diced
2 cloves of garlic, crushed or diced
100mL water
1/2 cup tomato puré
1 stock cube
1 Tablespoon chili (not sure if this is a Swedish or an Australian one)
1 teaspoon oregano
900g baked beans (2 tins)
salt, pepper, cayenne pepper

Method
Fry the garlic and onion till golden
add the meat, fry till browned
mix the water, stock, chili, tomato puré, oregano and add
simmer for a few minutes
add the beans and warm through

Serves 4, serve with rice or corn chips (or both)
