Neither. Went down for husband's grandmother's funeral. She was a lovely lady... spunky. We were sad, but mostly it was a good time celebrating her life. Played cello a lot, but mostly ate and drank.

Same here. Work, cello, painting, gardening. Haven't been blogging much due to said activities. Hope you're doing well!

As always, I admire your ability to channel your energy into your art! I imagine by now you're pretty handy with the cello. :)

Aww, thanks. Cello sounds better and better every day and it is a constant source of challenge and satisfaction. My teacher is a graduate student in Cello Performance and will be performing her final recital tonight. Some major pieces. It will be amazing!

I plan on posting WIPs regularly again. Also, OMG, I have the cutest baby watermelons in the garden. They are in little, individual hammocks!
