Rules:
1) Please only submit one vid per fandom at a time.
2) Please do not provide a direct link to a vid, but a link to either a Livejournal announcement post about the vid, or the website at which the vid can be streamed or downloaded.
3) At this time we do not accept temporary download sites* as the only source of a vid. You may submit a website/permanent link or a streaming (imeem or youtube) link for a vid to be reviewed, however, in the case of a streaming link you are required to provide the reviewer on staff with a downloadable version within five days of the request period.**
* Yousendit, megaupload, upfile, rapidshare, sendspace, et cetera... are all temporary download sites that cannot be used as the only viewing option for a vid submitted for review. However, these sites can be used to send a reviewer a downloadable copy of the vid if you have it hosted on a streaming site.
** Staff are required to make a request for a downloadable version of a streaming vid within the first week (first 7 days) of the month.
