Nuh uh! I think it was something we used to say either at the end of Main Lesson or the end of the day. Check your second grade Main Lesson writing book(s), it'll be in there somewhere. I was going through my old school stuff yesterday actually looking for my birthday verse (the one with the chickadee who can't fly yet), and I saw this and it was an indescribable 0_0 feeling. Suddenly I understood where all that sense of righteousness and needing to be good and strong comes from.
erm... I think I threw away my old main lesson books.... when I left, I left in a bit of a huff, if I recall... after that, I just didn't see any reason to lug them around with me everywhere.
funny, I almost wish I could go back and look at what we did then; I've forgotten almost all of it. I DO remember one of my bday verses, but all the rest of it is just lurking under the surface of my brain. creepy.
Yeah it definitely is lurking under the surface. I don't think I could remember any of it on my own, but as soon as I read the first line of this little poem thing it came rushing back.
Aww that's too bad you threw them away, but they are a lot to lug about haha. It's really weird and interesting to look at them again, though. It's like a record of my mental development. And it's so bizarre to look at one of the pictures I drew and remember so clearly when I was working on some detail of it.
