A man was summoned to the Bolshoi Dom. There he was told, "You are disseminating slander about Soviet power everywhere. You say that in our country there is no food, no clothing, no medicine. In the past, we would have executed you for that, but now we are giving you a warning and letting you go home." The man ran to his friends' house and yelled from the doorway, "Now they are out of bullets too!"
