With holiday shopping upon us and The Great Recession still not having receded much, if at all, the retailing favorite of The Great Depression is making a strong comeback this year.
I'm not sure what it says about our economy that retailers are resorting to a mainstay of The Great Depression to save their season, but it can't be that things are humming along.
