I cant believe how busy I have been since I came back home. This is the first night I have had time to sit down, and write in my journal. Although I have been so busy, it's been really great being back home. Spending time with friends and family was exactly what I needed to cheer me up. I suppose the combination of my anti depressants, and keeping myself busy is what has helped. Before I started taking them I was severely depressed and bummed out. But I was also very confused about a lot of things with my life at the time.
I decided on a new career for myself. I leave in a month for flight attendant school. I'll be in Texas for 3-6 weeks for school, depending on the class I take. And then I come home for a month before i'm put on the schedule. Then I would work for two weeks straight, and I have weeks off. It's an awesome job, and I would get full benefits, a retirement plan, and I get to fly anywhere in the world for free on my days off. Not to mention I have a list of up to 4 people who can fly with me for free. So i'm pretty excited about this new job. I cant believe I didnt think of it sooner. The only downside is I have to quit smoking weed, due to being drug tested. So after this weekend i'm done again :[
But to say the least, life has been pretty great. I'm already planning a lot of trips for the future. And i'm interested to see what happens next in life. Ready to let my guard down and fall head over heels in love again. And possibly settle down in the next few years. Who knows?
