Talking to Horatio and Kowalksi had just made him miss Benny. There was maybe half an hour of silence in the office where he wasn't sure what to do about it but the answer was obvious. It wasn't like Benny wasn't here. If Ray wanted to see Fraser, he could get off his ass and go find him

Fraser was outside, breathing the cold, crisp air. He turned as he saw Ray approach and smiled. He could not help the almost giddy smile that crossed his features every time he saw his friend.

"Ray," he exclaimed, pleased. "What brings you this far from civilization?"

Ray didn't know why he hadn't been expecting this. It was good though. Good and more than he deserved maybe but then who deserved a mountie? It wasn't like a reward for good deeds done, that was for sure.

"Hey, Benny." He grinned and shrugged. "I can't think of any reason I've ever gone far from civilization besides to find you. How's it going?"

Fraser ducked his head a little at the compliment. "I am doing well, thank you. Enjoying the unusual weather, although it does worry me, to some extent. And yourself?"

"I found us a basketball hoop for the office. No need to thank me. And there's a guy who looks just like you here which was weird."

Ray wasn't sure he wanted to mention the manly bonding with Kowalski or the therapy seission with Horatio.
