Summer Tour...
So many concerts coming up for me. I think it's hilarious how I have tickets to things I don't even know when they are since I don't have possession of the actual ticket yet. I'm seeing WWE June 17 with Kate I work with and Jessica, Staind in either June or July and Dave Matthews Band at Fenway in July with Jessica, hopefully Mike Doughty's Band with Greg and Chris, then Tom Petty/Trey Anastastio, Phil Lesh/The Duo/Trey Anastastio, The Allman Brothers, The Zappa Brothers playing the music of Frank Zappa, and probably some more shows with Chris/his girlfriend. Plus, I'm sure WBRU will have some cheap concerts I will go to as well. This is gonna be an awesome summer musicwise for me. I'm probably gonna spend at least half of it at concerts and I hope to spend some of it playing music with other people. I haven't really played in a few months, but my friend Chris Stanley will be working with me on my drumming soon so that should be cool. I haven't played with Greg in some time. We had a good jam with Jake Masse on bass, but I haven't really heard from Jake in a while. Chuck and I used to play every week, sometimes a few times a week, but I haven't played with him since like November. I wanna collaberate with some people with some fresh original ideas. At the very least I want to be part of one show this summer, whether I'm on drums or bongos. It would be fun to do an acoustic show alone for me, but I would just do covers obviously and I probably wouldn't have a big turnout. So yea...this summer is looking very promising at least musically...other than that I wanna go out on my dad's boat for old time's sake and do some fishing, which was an old favorite of mine. I wanna start up my E-Bay card business again and make some extra money. I also wanna visit places I have never been to-New York City is a definate stop for me hopefully. I have one week paid vacation, which I should find out when it is b/c I would like to spend it with a lot of people I haven't really seen in a while.
