Finally...
My speech last night went horrible then amazing. It's complicated. The speech credentials were; 1-2 minutes in length and no usage of notes. The entire speech had to be from memory. So it's my turn to give this speech, I get behind the podium and begin. about 10 seconds into the speech I told a joke, this made everyone (including me) laugh. After that, I completely forgot EVERYTHING. My entire head went *POOF* I didn't know what to do. I looked down and saw a microphone with a long mic cable attached to it in the podium. So I picked it up, walked out from behind the podium, and started talking to class using the microphone. I basically made up an entire speech from scratch and completed the assignment. Finally, that class is now over. Woo Hoo!
Not only was class over, but the Atlanta Thrashers beat the Detroit Red Wings 7-6 for the first time in franchise history! Go Thrashers! If they keep their heads up and work on their defense we might actually have a shot at the playoffs. Who knows.
