(no subject)
I just quit working at Haney Marketplace and Antique Mall. Why you may ask. well because in the last month working there i have only had 1 4 hour shift. and when i went in today to tell my boss that i was quitting and to pick up my check, she told me there wasn't one because i haven't worked. I am like no... I did work one four hour shift on monday the 12th. and we looked up at the schedule sheet and saw that someone had crossed off my shift and marked it onto someone elses. which is fucking bullshit. I mean I deserve more respect than that right. so the boss realized the mistake and is going to correct it so sometime this week i will get my paycheck from their. hopefully on monday... And i am currently working full time in Langley at the Walnut Grove Taco Del Mar (by Colossus Theatre in the IGA Strip) it is a mexican food restaurant and hopefully by summer we will have our liquer license so that we can have liquer on the premises. either way i am having fun at the restaurant... just takes a little bit to get used to the long days for me. I work 5 days a week from about 12pm to as late as 930pm... that is a long day... 4 - 8hour days and 1 - 9hour day a week... that is a lot better than what i have gotten anywhere else to tell the truth.
tomorrow i am taking one of my cousins to the colossus to see mall cop... i personally am not all that interested in it but he wants to see it and it is some quality bonding time for me and my cousin. he is 9 years old and i have only seen him like 5 times since he was 3 years old... and now i am making it up to him basically. since the 16th i have seen him 12 days out of 16 days. i think he just may get tired of me when this is over. oh well.
