Okay, here's the thing. Did you see the recent Les Mis in concert thing? With Nick Jonas?
I mean THAT was unbearably ponderous, and that was just the music.
I feel like the movie can only be worse and more self-aggrandizing.
I guess at the end of the day, part of the undeniable appeal of Les Mis to me is the camp aspect of 80's poperetta.
