When I saw that this morning, I almost messaged that to you but I realized you watch that FaceBook community too ;-]

Yes, I thought it was quite funny, but the two words do go together well, so it isn't a surprise that I'm not the only one who put those together. D'Annunzio was far more randy than I, so maybe he deserves the title more. ;-)

Which facebook community are you speaking of? Is it the Belle Epoque Europe one? If so, then yes, I posted this there as well. That fan page is my fan page. I don't really do much with it, but every other week or so, I try to put something on there. You'll have to let me know if ever a Belle Epoque event happens in San Francisco. Maybe if you send me a website then I could post it there also as an example of the Belle Epoque living on in the new world.

Cheers!

Belle Epoque on FaceBook is yours?! I guess that doesn't really surprise me, but the language almost sounds British [I've never heard an American refer to something as "spiffing", but "spiffy"?]
I will send you content ideas from time to time>

Yup, all mine. Chances are that I meant to write spiffy, but misspelled it and posted it before I noticed. I have a habit of doing that which comes from always being in a hurry. I was very bored one rainy Sunday and created it since there was no fan page for a period in history that I adore. It is the product of love & ennui.

So yes, do send over anything you might think will work on there. I mostly post websites of events which show the Belle Époque alive today, or photos and the like of the Belle Époque. I'm a big art history fan, so I may post some more Belle Époque art history websites and art when I get around to it.

pimples are really annoying, you can kill them using benzoyl peroxide but it will also make your skin red.
