Update!
Today is my birthday!
I no longer walk like Jack Sparrow, but I still have some pain from bad chairs. All in all, things are better.
I had delicious Mexican food for dinner, and ice cream for dessert.
I got a couple of good books and my class ring for my birthday, and I'm getting new birkenstocks tomorrow!
Life is good. I still need money and a job and a way back to the Cities, but life is still good.
