Real life update, wheeee!
~ Job hunting continues. I don't really have an update in that department. :/ I'm really glad I still have my old job, even if it's just part time...
~ I desperately need to go grocery shopping because my fridge is full of completely useless condiments and no actual food (pesto but no pasta, cheese but no bread, hummus but nothing to dip in it, etc.)
~ Girls' Night last Friday was a big success and needs to happen on a regular basis. Four drunk girls, sushi, Spicy Mai Tais, Slippery Nipples, drunk Rock Band, and The Sandlot. Huzzah! :D
~ New Wave City at DNA Lounge is extremely fun (it beat the hell out of Bondage a Go Go) and I will definitely be going back. 80s music FTW! \o/
~ This summer has been so tragically lukewarm (average 70 degrees...ew), but we had a ridiculous heat wave for two days (100 degree weather in some places!)...and then it went away. What the fuck?? Can it just be SUMMER already? I bought tank tops, dammit, and I want to wear them! :(
~ I saw Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World and loved every goddamn minute of it. So ridiculous. ♥
