I'm dissapointed in you CBS

So, if you don't already know CBS has made the decision to fire A.J. Cook and cut the screen time of Paget Brewster in the channel's program Criminal Minds. This all the while the male cast goes untouched and they plan to hire a new female cast member mid-season. The official reason for this is "to refresh an old show" and "for budget reasons".
