Vertigo was not uncommon for House. Vertigo when he was sitting down and hadn't shifted, however, was just weird. He grabbed the desk, giving himself something solid to hold, prove to himself he wasn't actually moving. Once the mental earthquake calmed, he shook his head.

"Now that was fucked up." Maybe Foreman had been onto something about the Vicodin--not that he'd ever admit it to Foreman.
