Heeeee, this is hilarious and mad and I adore it. And the peroxide; my family has always used peroxide on cuts and I cannot think why other people wouldn't--but oh, Harry, you are just that hard, aren't you. You really do fancy that you're Bond, or at least Indiana Jones--

Also, I think we are all going to have to sort out where this bloody university is because we have got all manner of different bureaucratic systems and whatnot going at once.

This is a good point. I just sort of had it....vaguely English red-brick, or something *G*

Oh Lord, Harry as Indiana Jones.....*falls over*

my family always used peroxide too. OW.

I'd thought that at first, but then Lea pointed out that several of the conflicts that are going to come up later simply wouldn't in an English system, which I didn't know because I am a jingoistic Yank. So we quietly sneaked them off to New York. >_>;;;

Wouldn't he be just perfect, though? One part utterly failed taciturn historian, one part military hero, one part flaily adventurer!

but it was cool and sharp and it bubbled! HOW MUCH FUN IS THAT!

And faculties don't have libraries in NY, right? Damn....or play rugby, probs.

*cringes* Sorry....

IT IS FUN. BUT SSSSSSSSH. OR THEY'LL ALL WANT SOME.

Depends where you are. Here, we've got subject libraries for law and medicine; a differently-focused school would probably have one for history, no problem. Not sure about the rugby; while there are undergraduate athletic programs with rugby, I'm not aware of any competitive graduate athletics. But it's totally fine if Hotspur's an undergraduate senior. Possibly, um, a fifth-year undergraduate senior, which would also explain why people would be looking askance at him in the library. >_>;;

No sorry! You're lovely.

I can totally see Hotspur taking five years.

Also, most of the universities with rugby seem to be on the East Coast, so that is not a huge problem. ;)

OK then! *is happy again*

He would take sooooo many years. With pauses for being the equivalent of sent down.....

*snuggles* Lea is completely right about this, and we must not think we are faily for thinking we are faily. Because that would be silly.
