Work sucked today. At work we lost out on some money to our competition. I don;t want to get into that too much, I'm a bill collector and we are competing for money. I'm not usopet that they are trying to make changes. What pisses me off is that they are impying and basically saying we suck. We don;t suck. Our numbers are better than a year ago, way ebtter than two years ago. The difference is now the competition is doing better. So I get making chnages, I get it. but DO NOT tell me I SUCK! I work my tail off. So do most of my co-workwers. We are good, but not as good as them right now. Fine. Butw e do nto suck. i;m also pissed that my boss basically blew me off when I tried to ask hima Q about this stuff. GRRRRRR. And I decided not to quit a week ago!!! I should at least get some respect! ( to fill in for those who don;t know, I was recruited by the very same competitors who ar beating us and decided not to go).
