Zuchinni for me, zuchinni for you!

Kelsie and I went to the Mercato Centrale today to get our fresh produce and had quite the time. I got fresh salami, asiago, and brie. We went upstairs where the vegetables are, and a cute Italian woman started talking to us in Italian trying to get us to buy all her zuchinni. She kept saying "capisce??" and caressing my face warmly. We managed to figure that she was going to get us a really good deal since the market was about to close. She scooped up all the zuchinni, put it into a bag and pinched my cheeks again, then told us we could have the 2 kilos of zuchinni for 2 euros. It didn't look that great to us, so we said no. She wasn't put off by this, and was not ready to give up on us. She held us there, grabbed a knife, and sliced the zuchinni open to prove that it was a beautiful zuchinni inside (and it was). We still said no, and she dropped the price to 1.70. We couldn't say no to that, so bought two kilos of zuchinni and don't know what to do with it. I was laughing pretty heartily, and thoroughly enjoyed the exchange. Zuchinni bread anyone?
