The Living is Easy
Here I am, in the middle of a rainy, hot summer afternoon at work. Yep, I get paid to update my livejournal for the first time in months. Literally. I'm working for a woman named Mariellen who has three kids. Right now they're all off playing, being sweet little angels. So I had a few minutes to say hello.
Summer has been flying by, a blur of late nights babysitting, tending to a screaming 8 year old with night terrors, swimming in a heated pool, and hanging out with Robyn whilst reading books. Oh, and watching this new kids show the Suite Life of Zac and Cody, which I secretly love (not so secret now). Also, I love Lizzy McGuire. I think I was born to lvoe kids shows. And born to love to repeats of 90210 that are on these days.
I'm working on my return to school life details. The date is up in the air as is my mode of transportation. Details should be solidified by the end of the week. Then I'll begin making plans with some of my favourite people in the world who all reside in Halifax. A date that has been set is Kelsie and my wedding date (august 18, 2007). We've been planning some stuff, and have a meeting with a photographer on Thursday.
This weekend is Hillside Festival (http://www.hillside.on.ca/) and I'm pretty excited about that. Sounds like it'll be great.
By the way, I have no idea how to do that fancy thing that everybody else does where they continue a story on another page. I am not that cool.
