Jareth The Goblin King
Jareth is the King of the Goblins and absolute Lord of the Labyrinth. He also has the power to grant wishes, although he does this in a way that suits him. He'll keep his word if cornered, just make sure you know what he is offering before taking it.

Sarah foolishly wished that her little brother be taken away by goblins. When Jareth complied, she fought her way through the Labyrinth to save him from being turned into a goblin.
