the current project we're on is exceptionally difficult, because it demands so much and because a few of us [myself completely included] aren't strong animators, or even animators at all. Plus, despite being in flash the show is in a very cartoony classical style. it's really hard because you don't want to hold up the production but your animation just isn't up to snuff. it's frustrating. we received a memo from our director that outlined what we all as a group need to work on and figure out. at the very end of the memo is a line that can give you an idea of why i love this job.

"... You will learn through experience and your skills will continue to grow throughout this production. It takes a lot of work and effort up front for newer people to get up to speed with the skills that they need, but it will happen. You guys are going to be amazing animation veterans by the end of this project. Don't ever doubt that for a second."
