Intruders Ep: She Was Provisional
Hi! No, I'm not dead. I've been cross stitching my way through Teen Wolf and The Musketeers. Also? Tumblr is an enormous time suck.
Anyone else watch Intruders? The showrunner is Glen Morgan from The X-Files, but Intruders reminded me more of Shaun Cassidy shows like Invasion that have an interesting premise but where you could die waiting for something to happen. Shaun Cassidy shows try to distract you from all the nothing going on with Drama and quirkiness. Intruders tries to distract you from all the nothing going on with the occasional X-Files reference and random act of shocking violence. Still, a whole lot of nothing happened for an hour.
The premise is interesting enough that I'll give it another go at least, but my preliminary impression is that, like Shaun Cassidy shows I've tried, I'll get so bored waiting for the plot to advance that I'll just slowly lose interest and stop watching before anything actually happens.
