Movie: Knowing
I used to go to the movies all the time. I loved watching them on the big screen in surround sound. I went so often that I used to be able to pull any jacket of mine out of my closet at random and find a movie ticket stub in one of the pockets. Every now and again I wonder why I stopped going to movies in the theater on a regular basis. Then I see a movie like this and remember.
Why is Nicolas Cage still employed? He's done nothing but chew scenery for the last 20 years. And he keeps starring in movies with plots that interest me, so I end up watching movies he's in. It's bad enough when I wind up watching a suckfest like this, but to have to watch Nicolas Cage in it too only adds insult to injury.
Thank God for free DVD checkouts at the library. At least I'm not out any money, just 2 hours of my life I'm never going to get back.
