During the last few weeks I have not been working or in fact doing the usual amount of running around I'm used to.
A few days ago I realised I'd put on some weight(see title).
The final straw came last night getting ready for Frankie.I looked down after putting on my cropped top to find a little pot belly sticking out. I nearly threw up.
So many apologies to Frankie people, especially Beckie. I was way to grossed out by my own bodyshape to be seen in going out clothes in public.
Don't misinterpret this as anorexic whining I don't think I'm massively over weight but I am currently considerably heavier than I have ever been before and a very visible different shape. I only recently started to like me and it would be a shame to lose that 'cos I lost my muscletone.
This has prompted me to get back into shape. with healthier eating(as opposed to the nowt but 6 bowls of all bran a day diet I went on at first) and exercise.
However I hate being on my own and as I can't afford a gym, would any one like to join me or make suggestions as to how best to go about regaining my figure.
All suggestions welcome.
