Rantings from the bonfire
I just want to thank you all, sincerely, from the bottom of my freakish heart, for accepting me, wanting me, I mean, after the God I serve (sorry He's first), you guys totally own me!
And because I don't have much time before I need to get to work, shall we just get down to bizness?
THURSDAY:
chronosdc was PHENOM!!!! It PWNED the block! Fantastic music, awesome people, even the NORMIES were cool that night!! Even though I was late I got to hear über-cool stuffage! Eddy, coffinwolf, anizee, darkgypsy13, deadmoonrising, Misha, groaninggirl and violinpadraic, Helen, Rinesin Patrick, exquisitetrash, loss_of_signal, Warren, dj_dirty_b, I could go on and on..
FRIDAY:
The following excellent folk came to Freak Bowling V:
Loyal of Hope For The Rejected (again, huge thanx to Ryan for introducing me to him), Chloe, Amanda, Catherine, Andi, Zanne, dreammuse (who really wasn't there! Pics prove it! hehe), urgote and Sarah, stillitwatches (welcome back from Portugal!), rivingmass, oldsmobile_mike, ladylish, cerberus777, kat928 and Vergil, Rinesin Patrick, Helen(!!!), Leah, Eddy, David and Marian..
One of the most important aspcts of this Freak Bowling V was that we used it as a fundraiser for The Lamb Center, and we raised.. $130.00!! Who says freaks aren't generous???!
Pics will be coming soon.. suffice to say a fantastic time was apparently had by all, definitely by me, I was blessed beyond beyond.. and I even bowled well, a 91 and then a 105.. we dominated the entire bowling alley, literally.. and off a bunch of us went to Krispy Kreme.. WHICH WAS CLOSED!!! EVIL!!!!!!!!! One of us needed to be a black pregnant woman, then it'd have been reopened on the spot.. well, thank the Lord Above for drive-thrus remaining open for our liquid cr*ck needs.. ;)
SATURDAY:
The PHENOM continues.. I got up nice and NICE and late, since I took care of the rent the day before by leaving work early because I got to work at 6am again (ugh), but the payback was SWEET to get up so late..
Had a very long nice talk with my (I sincerely hope, as soon as my sister gets her act together or gets my Boot of Love) future brother-in-law Stefan, he so totally rocks! I miss my entire Danish family...
I went to belladonnas_web's ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS house for her housewarming party!! All of the beautiful people were out: dreammuse, verlise, queen_mab_fae, rainingdays and justaputz, sadearthmonkie and Jen, sameoldtune, Darkness (and his potentially lethal penguin juice) and discipuladc, Christina (thanx for the interesting talk about Germanic languages), Rachel, vesper_holly and Brad, ladistrange and Christopher, John (of course hehe), Aaron, oki_no_akuma, and..

And yes, we all eventually migrated to dcmidnight where we were joined by cerberus777, Marti, Victor(!!), Cat, rivingmass, coffinwolf, Pete, bottlejock, kat928, scarydavedc and heleneotroy, a phenomenal musical set by DJ Javier, djphae playing The Awakening (!!!), groaninggirl and violinpadraic, More Helen, Billie, Ben SexPot, Kevin, my winning an Angels on Acid CD, and more birthday pooka for belladonnas_web..
SUNDAY:
Did very little but show up at the usual those_who_mourn Sunday evening gathering with cerberus777, urgote and Sarah, Amy, normal_dan and Ralph coming up from North Carolina.. which was a nice chill way to end such a fantastic weekend!
