Moral of the story: Never, ever, ever, ever play "Neverending Story"
Just don't do it. Don't ever do it! Clubs: stop playing this at once! Instead let's play more darkwave like Black Tape For A Blue Girl, more ethereal like Virgin Black, more goth-rock like The Awakening and The Groaning.. and yes I am requesting, and will keep doing so until it is played in regular rotation.. or I move to Scandinavia, whichever comes first.. [evil grin]

THURSDAY:
I got to chronosdc nice and late once again, but in time to see groaninggirl and violinpadraic still there, and even prosector being there for yet another cool chat.. Marti showed up, anizee, Helen, Matt and dj_transept, dj_swank, DJ Arcane, Randy, Torrey, Misha, coffinwolf, and even oldsmobile_mike for the first time out in months.. I passed out Freak Bowling V flyers, danced a bit to even some 2501 cool spinnage, and left..
FRIDAY:
Normally I don't have scene encounters very early in the morning, but what a cool surprise at 6am to see darkgypsy13 on the Metro on the way to work!
Work was a horrific drag for me as I was extremely tired from the goings-on of the night before, but I managed to not drop dead before it was time to go and.. well, crashed later on..
SATURDAY:
I got up a few times, but I finally awoke for good.. at 7:30PM (1900).. only in a few months I would've awakened when the sun was down, how glorious that would have been..
Only to realize that my Brickskeller hang time with Claus fell through, which means CRAP! NO JEVER THIS WEEKEND!!
I had enough time to get all freaked up, go to strangelandrecs to catch the tail end of a metal show and get permission from Ryan, Ryon and Damian to put up Freak Bowling V flyers in the main Industrial section of the store (the most prominent area!).. thanx so much, you guys RAWK! \m/
Then off to grab dinner and head to dcmidnight and do my favorite local place to haunt.. cerberus777 were there, Marti, Eric, vesper_holly and Brad, dreammuse who graced us with 300, verlise, Ben SexPot, kat928 and Virgil, groaninggirl and violinpadraic, 666daemon666, and Alicia bringing in the second appearance of oldsmobile_mike, also Chris (!) was there, Subi and her husband Lenny, ladistrange and Christopher, Matt the Cyber Vampire (again, welcome back!), binarycognition, Cat (Happy Birthday), Asia DeVinyl (Our Own Elvira), Billy, Juan, Ricky (you looked fahhhbulous) with Christy, Billie the elegant gothic bellydancer, DJ London (thanx for the free CD that I won!), and the horrific experience of hearing "Neverending Story", which you heard about earlier..
SUNDAY:
I had to go into work so that ended any chances of going to distribute more Freak Bowling V flyers, but I did manage to leave work in time to hear Ken Baugh speak at church tonight, which is one of my favorite experiences from my church past, and I will never forget it.. hung with cerberus777, Memory, Sarah, lilian_winter, normal_dan and Chloe.. then off to Panda Express where Fabian joined us later for some serious talk about the truth about global warming, ancient civilizations and China.. and that be it!
