I just purchased advanced tickets to see Nightwish at Jaxx in October. I have wanted to see them for ages upon ages...
..however, I am very VERY conflicted about this.
My late beloved Evil Twin, Zac, hated Nightwish with every ounce of his being. He smashed his wife Cheri's Nightwish collection, and didn't destroy mine only because I hid it from him. He would say the nastiest things about them and all other gothic metal bands that existed.
But I have always loved them. Then again, am I dishonoring his memory by going to see a band I love so much?
