Apparently as recently as last night. And don't worry, I was proactive this time; sent a rather stern email to them.

Don't blame the kilt. Blame the racist, ignorant, and/or busy cab drivers.

To prove the point, I've never had trouble catching a cab in DC while in my kilt. However, I once thumbed it for about 25 minutes while the taxis (not all of them with fares) whizzed by me in my business best.

I know you've had awful experiences with cabbies before, but how many good ones?

I wrote a complaint letter to their support line. I got a very interesting reply back:
