Started sending the characterization notes to the cast - gods there are a lot of them. Going to take me a day or two, methinks.
Hopefully, what I'm doing won't just stop with me having sent them, but start a good discussion about what the characters are doing. I mean, yes, this is a goofball romp, but still - the characters are important. The more they are, the better this will be.
