Walking log - pre-training walk #1

Did my first walk on Saturday
5 miles, with a roughly 30 minute stop in the middle to do errand running at Home Depot.
Walked with the boys - do not combine boys & errands & walking again. Two of three, not all three.
Some hills.
Shoes & special socks did their job.
No pain, save some in my hips towards the last mile and a half.
Monday, some outer shin muscle pain - mostly need better stretches.
