oh man... big bangs :o/ I'm sorry yours isn't going so hot, either! I think I was kind of feeling the same way. My idea was an AU, and I haven't really done a LONG AU so was unsure about how to pull that off successfully. Plus the genre (detective) isn't a genre I usually read or dabble in, so a lot of research I might not have time for would probably be required to make it realistic. Idk, I still like the idea, but I'm not totally feelin' it right now. I've been thinking that working at it at a leisurely pace might be better if I want to finish that fic idea. I have 2 other ideas I might play around with that aren't AU and see if they want to be written... but those ideas are kinda vague at the moment, too. *sigh* We can figure this out! The good thing is there's still some time left to figure it out, and who knows, maybe trying to figure something else out will work or recharge the old idea? I hope the idea ends up working for you, or you figure out a new plot! :o)
I don't blame you for being nervous! I would have no idea what to say to him either! I'd probably do something embarrasing like squeak 'Hello' ;) I am sure you will do fine though!

I quite liked what you had of the Detective AU in your snippets post, it was good xD I understand what you mean though...about researching to make it realistic and whatnot :S I think I finally have my head around how I am going to do my AU so I am going to persevere with it for a little longer :) Hopefully you will get it to work for you or one of the new ideas will work! <3

Aw, thanks! I'm glad you like the snippet! I like the idea as a whole, I think. I'm just worried about everything coming together. But yay!! I'm glad you got your head around your AU!
