fondue overload and art...
I am so sickingly full!! My friend took me out for a surprise dessert tonight, celebrating graduating college, and we ended up going to The Melting Pot, a fondue place pretty close by. It was FABULOUS! We got this s'mores fondue, which was dark chocolate, marshmallow, and graham cracker crumbs, and they lit the thing on fire when they brought it to the table. It was soooo good. I stuffed my face, and am too full now lol. But it was all worth it. It was nice to get out and relax, and actually go out, y'know, instead of just hanging out at one of our houses again. So yay! Good times. The caramel apple martini wasn't that bad either! ;o)
On another note, my internet died yesterday, and I just got it back. So now I have to answer a few emails, continue with searching for school stuff online, and catch up on everything I missed lol. (not that it's a ton of stuff... I'm overestimating my social life... lol)
Anyway! ART NEWS!!!! Remember a while ago when I said I had this fandom painting project, where I was painting my OTPs on a box I had? Well, it's finally started!! I've planned most of the box out and have one of the piantings half done. So yay! I have pictures, so I'll be posting them really soon. I started with Kurogane x Fai, and so that'll be the first pic that I post... It's coming out really good so far (hopefully I didn't just jinx myself) and so I'm proud of myself. Hopefully the rest will go good too!
After this, I'll probably start on the Inuyasha painting... or maybe Princess Tutu? I'm not too sure. I want to put a better FakirxAhiru pic on the box, but I'm not finding a lot of pics I can use. For a lot of my favorite scenes, half the body of one character or another is chopped off (looks great on tv, but doesn't translate too well onto the box). So yeah... I picked a pic I really like, but I wish I had another one :o( For a bit I was thinking of using a fanart, but then decided that wasn't good lol. And I would have to draw the characters a few times (or practice for a few days) before I'd be comfortable with creating my own for this box, and I'm too impatient for that. So, I'm just stickin' with this pic.
Anyway, enough babbling... I'm gonna go paint! yay! :oD
