A small discussion has broken out over at brunorepublic about modern bands that sound like old-school 80's Italo or Hi-NRG. Well, here's one. DEN HAAN is a new project by the guy who did some relatively popular electro tunes as Creme De Menthe (he would be Matt) and his Italo-obsessed pal Gardi. It really is very good, nice and melodic, and they should hopefully have something coming out pretty soon. Their live show's good too, I look forward to sharing a stage with them at some point!
