unchosen by the chosen people

There are a lot of things I've been thinking about; but let's start with a rush follow up.
All of the sororities were pretty cool, but I had my heart set on the jewish one.
Not the bad jewish one. . . the good jewish one.
The one with the highest G.P.A.
The one with a decent amount of cute non-blonds. (Like me!)
And hey. . .I could pass for jewish. . .maybe. . .sometimes.

Yeah, so they cut me in the last round- and as far as I was concerned, it was Jews or bust- so I dropped.
The other girls where fabulous. . . but there just wasn't a crowd I felt like committing to. -Noting that it's perfectly fine and completely socially acceptable to have commitment problems at the age of 18-
And I can't bleach my hair again; I just got highlights.

Otherwise, things have been magical. I've been going to the gym; they offer some darn good exercise classes. I've only been to pilaties and ball pilaties- but the honers crew is taking me to belly dancing soon.

Today I was there and saw a million asians playing badminton. Thought of Bonnie Lee. (She dosen't play but her dad does.) Shout outs to Bonnie.

You know at freshen's, how all the smoothies and like "fruit" + ten juices? If you like smoothies there, don't ask about the ten juices.

Also, there are turtles and ducks in the amphitheater pond behind Rietz. Friends and I named some. They were adorable and mesmerrizing.
