Interesting weekend. more on the not so enjoyable side. again. friday went to NIU for a jazz fest, and fell in love. One of the Professors of jazz at NIU came up to me and shook my hand and told me he liked my sound, so that made me happy.
Saturday night was a bust. has to have been near the top of my most uncomfortable feeling moments. first just because of the singing, but then you came and drank a beer. Its not the beer, its just that you were there. That was the second time I have ever heard you sing. damn you have a beutiful voice.
today saw Gordon Goodwins BIG PHAT BAND. they kicked ass. I helped set them up as well and talked to them about music as a career, and I am liking what i heard.
