30-2-15-3/5 What so these numbers mean?
30lbs. My goal weight is 30lbs away from my current weight
2 lbs: Losing 2 lbs a week will be hard, but not totally. Any more a week isn't exactly healthy and 2 lbs is pushing it.
15 weeks: Following the 2 lbs/week plan, it should take me roughly 15 weeks
3/5: March 5th. That's 15 weeks from now.
I weigh less now than I did a year ago and wear a pants (and bra, band and cup) size smaller than I did a year ago....but then again my body went through A LOT this year. The numbers on the scale aren't as important to me as my overall perception of myself. I've never really had low self esteem, but I'm starting to actually not like what looks back at me when I am in front of a mirror. I don't like this feeling.
I'm just using weight as a metric for now, but will measure various parts of my body.
So yeah...I'll see how this works. Will Power is the determining factor no doubt.
