Farms are the sneaky key to victory, as you have found.

What expansions did you play with? Have you checked out Ticket to Ride?

We got Ticket to Ride too (we started playing that this Christmas). The expansions for Carcassonne- we got the Big Box.. which is full of like 9 expansions, but that was our first real game so we only used the standard tiles.

We are adding the king, robber barons, cults, princess and dragon soon, and river tiles I think next time we play.

Carcassone rocks. We haven't been able to play it for a while now... Ticket to Ride, on the other hand, is doable while holding the girls. I highly suggest getting the 1810 expansion, if you haven't yet.

Ever played Acquire? Man such a great game. I'm not a board game junkie but ever since we got it, its been a bi-monthly thing with our friends. And everyone loves it.

Ooh, love Carcasonne! Glad to know my family isn't the only one who takes pictures of the game in play :P

In agreement with Ticket to Ride as with everyone else, also a very fun game.
