(no subject)
My life has been pretty productive so far... On Saturday, I went paintballing with my roommate from Perk bachelor party. We had 9 people go with us up to Pearl River Paintball Club. It was a really great place to go because they were really cheep and even feed us a great home-cooked lunch. I got shot a few time but came away with only one real bruise...and it wasnt that bad at all. I "killed" a bunch of people but looking back on it, I should have been more aggressive in my tactics. I guess i was scared I would get hit in the nuts. haha.
On Monday, I had my upper right wisdom tooth taken out. It should be the last one I have taken out and that makes me really happy. I seem to be recovering really well. The only thing: they gave me some loratab(sp?) and that made me more sick than anything... I was dizzy and couldnt hold down food... uhhhh that was bad. now that that has worked its way out of my system, I feel SO much better. Im taking Ibuprofen now and that seems to help a lot.
Next Monday, Mom and I leave for Tennessee to take my truck up there and to attend orientation at UT and to also can some greenbeans. I hope my truck makes it up there without a problem. The only thing I really worry about is that when I turn the A/C on, it takes so much power away form the 2.2 inline 4 cylinder engine that it makes it hard to keep up interstate speeds (75-80 mph) So that means that I will go without A/C to keep the power but I will be hot for an 8 hour drive in a single-cab truck... not that fun. Oh well, mom promises me a new-to-me car when we get to Tennessee. Im really looking forward to that but I still cant figure out what I want. I'm really thinking about a 2001 Honda CR-V All-Wheel-Drive. That would be a great SUV for Tennessee winters and all the off-road terrain that Tennessee has to offer.
