Challenge pimp and hospital update.
Well they gave me the day off work yesterday because of everything that happened at the weekend, and after a helluva long sleep I kept myself busy all day working on Kawoosh! and Impala stuff - nice and distracting =) Spent all morning doing that and all afternoon playing with Photoshop a little.
I still need to catch up on my vid-watching (when don't I?) but wasn't really in the right frame of mind for that yesterday. I did get the challenge posted on the Kawoosh! forum which I'd meant to do Sunday. So - if any of you guys are interested:
Single Secondary Character challenge
Your mission is to create a video focused on a single secondary character from either of the SG series.

I went in to see Andrew last night with my aunt and uncle. He looked much better than I'd heard, much better than he had the day before. I also finished work early today so I could go see him this afternoon, which was nice as it was just me and him today. He's looking a lot better but still pretty weak, mostly because he's dosed up on morphine for the pain and he isn't allowed to eat anything yet. They removed part of his bladder and repaired a cut on his spleen, and the knife also grazed... something, which has left his leg pretty weak and he can't weight-bear on it yet, though hopefully that will sort itself out in time. He'd hoped to be able to try and eat something today but his stomach is still swollen from the operation and until the swelling goes down, they won't let him eat anything, to see if the bowel operation went okay. A couple of his friends also turned up last night, and they had seen him after it happened and stayed with him till the ambulance arrived. Everything they told us sounded pretty frickin scary and I'm actually really glad I didn't know some of those things before, I was freaked out enough already. But all things considered, he's doing okay =)
Thank you all again - so much - I can't tell you how much all your support has helped the last couple of days, and I'm so very grateful for it =)
