so, this is an exerpt from and up and coming part of a fic that i just found and i think it's cute, and i wanted to share it with you guys.
It's doesn't give anything away. Promise.
“Gerard! I said NO!” I screamed, catching the doorway with my fingertips and swinging myself down the hall.
“Come on, Frankie! It’ll be cool!” Gerard’s voice came from behind me.
“NO!” I was behind the couch now, and there was no one here to save me, as Mikey had left with Jade awhile ago.
“If you don’t at least try it, I’m not taking you anywhere anymore.”
And we were supposed to meet the other two that’d left me here later…
…and I had a feeling that if Mikey found out it was my fault as to why we didn’t show up, he’d beat my ass, even though I’m his ‘gal pal.’ But I didn’t care.
“Do you not understand the concept of the word no?” I asked, as he entered the living room, carrying that vile thing.
“What do you think?”Gerard smirked and laughed.
“Another one of your issues!” I waved my arms in the air, exasperated.
“Yeah, yeah, I know, one of my many issues I need to work on.” Gerard shook his head, and I thought I saw him roll his eyes, “You’ve got ‘em too, ya know.”
“Do not!”
“Reeeeeeeeeeally?”
“Yes, really!”
“I have difficulty believing this.”
“Than what problems do I have, Mister Know-It-All?”
“Ever notice how uptight you are about everything?”
“Pfft. I am not!”
“How’s it spelled? D-E-N-I-A-L?”
“Shut up! I AM NOT!”
“it’s okay, Frankie, we all know it.”
Shit. I let him distract me. Gerard was now right in front of me, smiling crookedly, as he wrapped his arms around my back, running a hand through my hair.
“Now, pleeeease let me try this,” he ran his thumb across my cheek bone, smiling down at me.
I smiled back up, “No.”
Gerard pursed his lips together, smiling still, as he exhaled heavily, “I didn’t want to have to do this, ya know.”
“Do what…?” I asked cautiously.
“This,” he leaned down a bit, wrapping both his arms tightly around my waist, and threw me over his shoulder.
“Gerard! Put. Me. Down!” I squirmed helplessly.
“It’s your fault,” I could hear the smirk in his voice as he carried me some where I couldn’t see, presumably the bedroom. I knew I was right when I hit the mattress, bouncing a little. Before I could move, Gerard was on top of me, pinning my arms to my sides.
“Gee,” I whined, I think I was using puppy dog eyes.
“It’ll take five minutes, I promise,”
I sighed. There wasn’t much I could do at this point. “Fine.”
He smiled triumphantly, and reached into his back pocket, pulling out…
…a stick of eyeliner.
He leaned towards me, our stomachs pressing together, as he put a hand on my face, pulling my lower lid down.
Four minutes and a lot of eye watering later, Gerard was done.
“Oooh! You look so cute!” he said, pinching my cheeks.
“Oooh! You’re such a dork!” I mocked.
“Well, come on, we gotta go in a lil’ bit, Frankie boy.” Gerard rolled off of me, and moved toward the door.
I did the same, but when toward the bathroom. I had to say, it did look pretty good…
“Francis! Let’s go!” I heard him yell. I rolled my eyes, and met him by the door to go meet his brother and friend.
