I can't actually think of anyone Xander has chemistry with on the series ... certainly none of the females.

The only Xander pairing that could make sense for me is Xander/Riley - Xander so obviously had crush on him.
And definitely not Xander/any buffyverse female, agreed.

I like Xander/Cordelia and Xander/Anya, and I can definitely see Xander/Spike (although I don't ship it) and Xander/Giles. Just... not the other thing ;)
