Nearly 66k of build up, and they are FINALLY about to do the dirty. I've left them snogging for the moment, because I need a break, but also because it's surprisingly hard (tee hee!) writing this scene. I believe my wibbling about my first ever 'adult' scene is still somewhere buried in the depths of this journal, but it's been a long time since the prospect of porn scared me! It's just, after so much story, the tone has to be just right. I want it to be careful and uncertain, but steamy and erotic at the same time. And I don't want it to be over too quickly, which can be hard to judge sometimes because writing the thing always takes way longer than reading it...
