Just when it seemed that I would never run out of dial up tokens at school...I did. So now I'm on Sympatico. At least now I don't have to feel guilty about using online time for frivolity. Unlimited is good.

My apartment lacks air conditioning. As a result I have been super sleepy and lethargic lately. I'm doing the whole routine--cold cloths, icepacks, fans, etc. I'm using heavy curtains to block out the sun, but I sometimes suspect they just block in the heat. My eyes have been especially sleepy.

One of the side effects to the heat is that we've been naked a lot of the time. Despite the exhaustion and sweat (or maybe because of it) we've been having a lot of marathon sex. It's been great. Also great has been our in-depth discussion around fetish events, play and personal boundaries. It's helped for me to understand that Mr. Pugh is interested in playing, and his hesitancy isn't ridicule. It's helped him to be reassured that I'm not going to push him further than he wants to go. Right now my fantasy is to take him to the Scarlet Woman evening and do a nipple torture scene. My fantasy image is of him shirtless, strapped to a St. Andrew's cross, but I can't imagine that he'd agree to go shirtless. Shy boy that he is, I'm trying to figure out a way to get at his nipples without making him feel too exposed and body-conscious. I'm thinking I might cut holes in his t-shirt.

Today I'm wasting time. I staples my 'zines, but that's as much as I feel like doing as far as work goes. I feel so lazy today. I may even nap. Again.

I'm surfing around looking at professional dominatrix sites. Do dommes go on dates that aren't "work?" I assume they must. I wonder how they meet people for dates, and how they respond when asked, "so what do you do?" Maybe they only date people who know they are dommes, or who would be cool with that. Or date other dommes. Maybe it's like my job at the video store. Sometimes my friends come in, but they don't get free movies. Or sometimes we become friendly with customers, but we don't invite them to our place for Scrabble. Sometime we sense that someone is being excessively friendly and we suspect it's out of a hope that we'll give then some sort of deal or discount. It's especially weird when it's a stranger acting all chummy. Just because you know my name doesn't mean you're my friend. Maybe it's like that for a dominatrix too.
