i love the weekend
it's been a long week, but the weekend is finally here.
Yesterday I had my portfolio review with Christopher James, the head of the dept. at Art Institute of Boston. Within a couple minutes of my walking in the door, in response to my being flustered because i was missing some work and I had woken up at 7am, he said, "You can relax, I am going to accept you."
It's cool because it's my frist choice school, and now that I know I am in I can get on with the rest of my life.
He and Cig hArvey, the other woman I met with, keep talking about applying for scholarships and stuff, which is flattering, but i really don't have the energy to write any more essays or pretend I am a great photographer.
We'll see what happens.
Last night some of my friends and I went back to my buddy Mike's house to celebrate. We played lots and lots of Circle of Death i.e. Mushroom and Kings put together.
Then we watched Family Guy and I fell asleep while people were talking to me. Surprise Surprise.
Today: day off (yay!) Beautiful weather. Yay! Went out to the brother's school to pick him up for break. Played frisbee in the sunshine. Wore a tanktop outside.
I think it's spring, Toto.
