Stupid Ranting 101
I've just realised, having been reading back entery's of this journal, and others, that Livejournals are actually very, very boring things. We all witter about our lives and the entertainment factor is just non existant for the general public. Or indeed, anyone. Still, nevermind, I say; roll on the boredom- better to be bored than in screaming agony I say! Well, actually, most things are better than screaming agony, but you know what I mean- let's celebrate the dullness of our lives! Say NO to action movies- watch more comedy- find the amusing thing in every situation- more Seinfeld, more Curb Your Enthusiasm! LOVE YOUR EMPTY LIVES!
Ok, over the top, but I stand by it- I find it so wonderful that absolutely everyone has such dull lives, regardless of how cool, rich, famous or drunk they are. Even people who do extreme sports- their lives are just intense dullness laced with sporadic excitement. Very few people actually have lives people looking in from the outside would deem exciting, or at least not monotonus. It makes me feel so much better about my own lack of life- I can be boring and rich and famous too! Wahay!
