Cale was comfortably sprawled on a chaise lounge on his uncle's sun porch. drinking a cup of coffee and watching the sunset. The weather had been absolutely beautiful today, and he was soaking up the last few minutes of it. Lost deep in thought, his fingers absently played with the business card he'd rediscovered this morning while going through his laundry. The woman he'd met a few weekends ago had slipped in and out of his thoughts a few times since then, and he'd found himself in her neighborhood the other day on another project and found himself wondering which house was hers.
He stared at the card he held now, debating. Would she think him creepy if he did actually call her to swing by her place at some point to take a look at her fixer-upper? It was hard to guess, but after several more long moments of silent debate, he grabbed his cellphone and dialed the number on Jack's business card.
