RP: Fresh out of Hard Hats

Summary: Harley drops something off for Thad and runs into Kudzu again.

Harley hopped out of her car and tipped her sunglasses down over her eyes. The air was dry and hot and breeze-free, and she didn't much like being out in it, but it should be a quick trip and she'd been working so much the last few days that she welcomed the excuse to get away from the garage for a bit. She'd cut some time off her lunch break so she could bring Thad his lucky shades.
Because apparently he had lucky shades.
She'd also stopped at a 7-Eleven for a bunch of cold drinks and carried a small bag of them with her toward the building. She'd imagined Thad must be working at some open construction site or something, but now she was there it looked like that wasn't the case. It was more like some kind of apartment complex that looked mostly intact from the outside. She kind of wondered if she'd need a hard hat.
She crossed the lot and went inside though, not too worried about it.
"Yo." She rapped on the unfinished wood of an interior doorway, poking her head around and not seeing anyone right away. "Harley's Delivery Service, CODs only."
